We completed a full siding renovation with Vinyl Mastic Siding in Linen for this two-story colonial home in South Park. The project began with the removal of damaged, buckling vinyl siding that had detached from the exterior walls and rooflines. We addressed visible weathering and underlying issues to ensure a clean, durable foundation for the new installation. Our team installed a Tyvek HomeWrap moisture barrier before applying the new tan horizontal vinyl siding across the entire upper level. We replaced all associated trim, including white J-channels and downspouts, to provide a crisp contrast against the existing red brick lower level. This comprehensive update restored the home’s exterior integrity and significantly improved its overall curb appeal.
