We completed a partial house siding renovation for this brick residence in Venetia, Pennsylvania. Our team focused on replacing the siding on the upper gables and dormers to update the home's exterior aesthetic and improve weather protection. We removed the old materials, installed new vapor barrier house wrap, and integrated the new components with the existing masonry and roofline. We installed white horizontal vinyl siding to complement the home's traditional red brick facade. The project included careful detailing around arched transom windows and the installation of new white gutters and downspouts to ensure proper drainage. This update refreshed the home's appearance while providing a durable, low-maintenance finish on the upper elevations of the structure.
