Mastic Board and Batten in Scottish Thistle
We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation for this two-story residence in Jefferson Hills, replacing aging materials to improve both the structural integrity and the aesthetic appeal of the home. Our team carefully removed the existing siding, installed new moisture barriers, and performed necessary sheathing repairs to ensure a weather-tight envelope. We utilized professional scaffolding systems to safely access all upper-level areas during the installation process. The home was finished with Mastic Designer board and batten siding in a sophisticated Scottish Thistle tone, which provides a clean, modern contrast against the original red brick lower facade. We also integrated new trim elements and updated the exterior finishes surrounding the existing upper-level deck and sliding glass patio doors. This project significantly modernized the property's curb appeal while enhancing its long-term protection against the elements.
