We completed a partial siding renovation on this two-story residence, focusing on the upper gables and siding sections above the brick facade. Our team stripped the original exterior down to the studs in several areas to address underlying structural needs. We installed new OSB sheathing and pink fiberglass batt insulation to improve the home's thermal envelope before proceeding with the new finish. We wrapped the exterior in Tyvek HomeWrap to provide a high-performance moisture barrier against the elements. The project featured the installation of tan horizontal lap siding, meticulously sealed with OSI sealant for long-term durability. This update refreshed the home's aesthetic while ensuring better energy efficiency and protection.
