Targeted Demolition & Weatherization: Carefully tore off the outdated aluminum siding, thoroughly inspected the underlying sheathing, and applied Tyvek building paper to ensure a properly sealed foundation. Premium Siding Upgrade: Supplied and installed Mastic Endurance Double 5" Dutch Lap siding to provide superior durability and weather resistance. The new siding was beautifully finished in the warm "Almond" colorway. Resourceful Deck Repair: Demonstrated extreme care and resourcefulness by salvaging a 10-foot section of the original siding during demolition to seamlessly repair an exposed area where an old deck had been removed. Custom Aluminum Wraps: Enhanced the home's low-maintenance appeal by custom-wrapping both the 2-car garage door frame and the back door frame in highly durable aluminum.
