Centerville | High-End Stucco Conversion Accent | Walnut Cedar & Primed B&B
Stunning small-scale stucco conversion and architectural accent in Centerville. We demolished the existing stucco to create a highly customized, mixed-material facade spanning approximately 217 square feet. Premium Wood-Look Accent: Installed ~84 sq ft of premium Sagiper Sagiwall 6" channeled siding. We utilized SagiWALL V-groove panels in the rich, natural "Walnut Cedar" finish, complete with matching 2-piece J-molds and outside corners. Custom Fiber Cement Contrast: Complemented the wood aesthetic with ~133 sq ft of James Hardie Board and Batten featuring a 16-inch batten spacing. We used primed CemPanel vertical siding and primed rustic grain batten trim boards, leaving the surface perfectly prepped for the customer's custom paint choice. Precision Detailing: Framed the windows with James Hardie Primed Rustic Trim Boards and completed the edges with Primed Corners. Structural Preparation: Fully protected the underlying structure following the stucco demolition by conducting a sheathing inspection, applying Tyvek building paper, and installing proper window head and sill flashings.
