Draper | Master Stucco Conversion | Cobblestone, Iron Gray & Woodtone
Master-class total exterior redesign and stucco conversion in Draper. We executed a massive, highly complex teardown of the failing stucco facade to build a breathtaking, multi-textured modern exterior spanning over 3,100 square feet. Multi-Textured Primary Siding: Installed a sophisticated blend of premium James Hardie profiles, utilizing "Cobblestone" Lap Siding and Board & Batten for the main body, beautifully contrasted by "Iron Gray" Lap Siding, sleek Panels, and Straight Edge Shingle accents. Woodtone Architectural Details: Elevated the facade's warmth and character by integrating custom "Woodtone" trim header accents above the front openings and along the front porch columns. Extensive Custom Wraps: Delivered unmatched true craftsmanship by executing custom James Hardie wraps on a front archway, 7 structural columns (front and back), 70 linear feet of wooden deck beams, and two garage door frames. Roofline Detailing: Completed the exterior envelope by supplying and installing Endurance Center Lanced Soffits and Envoy Ribbed Fascia Trim in a complementing "Desert Sand" finish, secured with 5-inch hidden hangers. Advanced Weatherization: Protected the newly exposed structural envelope following the heavy stucco demolition by conducting a full sheathing inspection and wrapping the entire home in Tyvek building paper with proper flashings.
