High-contrast custom carpentry and architectural detailing in Eagle Mountain. For this specialized project, we focused on modernizing and protecting the home's exposed structural elements by utilizing a mix of premium fiber cement and custom-fabricated metalwork. Hardie Deck Wraps: Completely wrapped 3 vertical deck posts and 2 horizontal crossbeams in highly durable James Hardie ColorPlus materials. This included custom furring out of the crossbeams to ensure a perfectly level and plumb structural finish. Crisp White Finish: Sourced all Hardie Planks and 5/4x6 rustic trim boards in the bright "Arctic White" tone to create a clean, classic framing around the deck. Custom Black Aluminum Posts: Contrasted the deck by wrapping 4 additional wooden house posts in premium, smooth aluminum coil fabricated directly on-site in a striking "Black" finish. Underlying Weatherization: Ensured the long-term integrity of the wrapped posts and beams by applying Tyvek HomeWrap to the raw wood structures prior to installing the final exterior materials.
