Eagle Mountain | Stucco to Board & Batten Conversion | Timber Bark

March 2026

Precision stucco conversion and exterior accent upgrade in Eagle Mountain. For this highly targeted project (~144 sq ft), we focused on transforming a failing stucco section into a stunning, weather-resistant architectural feature. Targeted Demolition: Carefully removed the existing stucco facade in the specified area without damaging the surrounding structural envelope. Premium Board & Batten: Upgraded the wall using James Hardie Cedarmill Panels and Rustic Batten Trims (spaced at 16 inches) to create deep, classic architectural lines. Warm Monochromatic Palette: Executed a flawless, unified look by sourcing all fiber cement panels, batten strips, and 4" to 6" border trims in the rich "Timber Bark" ColorPlus finish. Architectural Ventilation: Enhanced the gable section by supplying and installing a brand-new 12x18 Mid America Rectangular Gable Vent. Rigorous Weatherization: Protected the newly exposed sheathing by conducting a full inspection, applying Tyvek HomeWrap, and integrating proper Z-flashing before siding installation.
