For this targeted project, we focused on replacing failing vinyl siding with a highly durable, custom-tailored fiber cement envelope. Custom Paint Line Finish: Instead of standard factory colors, we sourced raw, primed James Hardie Cedarmill Lap Siding and Rustic Trims. These materials were then processed through a specialized paint line to achieve a deep, flawless, custom "Black" finish prior to installation. Targeted Demolition & Prep: Carefully removed the existing vinyl siding in the designated area, allowing our team to conduct a thorough sheathing inspection and apply fresh Tyvek building paper for a perfectly sealed foundation. Precision Installation: Installed the custom-painted lap siding (7" reveal) alongside matching James Hardie window trims and corner posts. Flawless Detailing: Finalized the sophisticated dark aesthetic by utilizing specialized custom black touch-up paint on all cuts and joints, ensuring a seamless, high-end architectural finish.
