We completed a full exterior installation for this new construction project in Highland, Utah. Starting from the oriented strand board sheathing, we managed the transition to a complete weather-tight envelope. This included the installation of JELD-WEN black-framed windows and French doors, ensuring a precise fit and modern aesthetic across the entire structure. For the final cladding, we installed white vertical board-and-batten siding to create a clean, contemporary look. The project was highlighted by a custom roofline update featuring black perforated soffits with integrated recessed lighting and white fascia boards. These functional upgrades were paired with black gutters and downspouts, providing a durable finish that perfectly complements the building's integrated solar panels.
