Stunning whole-house exterior transformation in Sandy. We executed a complete tear-off of the property's outdated aluminum siding (~1,791 sq ft) to deliver a high-contrast, ultra-modern farmhouse aesthetic utilizing premium fiber cement and aluminum components.Primary Siding: Installed durable James Hardie Cedarmill Lap Siding with a classic 7-inch reveal across the main elevations. We utilized the factory-finished "Arctic White" ColorPlus to ensure a brilliant, long-lasting primary color. Custom High-Contrast Trim: Framed the home with bold, rustic trims and corner posts in "Midnight Black". To achieve this specific look, we sourced primed James Hardie trims and had them professionally custom-painted prior to installation. Complete Roofline Modernization: Upgraded the upper perimeter by installing ~305 sq ft of aluminum soffits and ~187 linear feet of aluminum fascia wrap.Water Management: Supplied and installed a brand-new seamless 5" gutter system (91 linear feet) complete with 4 new downspouts to ensure proper water diversion.Custom Detailing: Enhanced the entryways by executing full James Hardie wraps around the 2-car garage frame and the front door frame. Advanced Weatherization: Protected the newly exposed structural envelope following the aluminum demolition by applying DuPont Tyvek building paper and integrating new standard head and sill flashings.
