Lindon | Complete Vinyl to Hardie Conversion | Arctic White
Massive whole-house exterior modernization and material upgrade in Lindon. For this extensive project (~1,755 sq ft), we executed a complete tear-off of the home's aging vinyl siding to build a highly durable, weather-resistant fiber cement envelope. Complete Vinyl Demolition: Carefully removed the failing vinyl siding across all elevations, allowing our team to thoroughly inspect the underlying sheathing and apply fresh DuPont Tyvek Homewrap to ensure a perfectly sealed foundation. Multi-Textured Hardie Design: Created a highly customized architectural aesthetic by mixing James Hardie Cedarmill profiles. We installed classic Lap Siding (7" reveal) across the primary walls and integrated beautiful Board & Batten accents using 4x10 Hardie Panels and rustic batten strips. Crisp Monochromatic Palette: Executed a flawless, brilliant finish by sourcing all fiber cement lap siding, panels, batten strips, and rustic 5/4x4 and 5/4x6 window and door trims in the crisp "Arctic White" ColorPlus tone. Flawless Finishing: Secured the new siding utilizing 15-Degree ring shank coils and 16-Gauge galvanized finish nails, ensuring every seam was perfectly sealed with OSI Quad Caulk MAX and finished with authentic Arctic White touch-up paint.
