Highly technical exterior modernization and roofline weatherization in North Logan. For this specialized project, we managed a complex scope that included custom aluminum roof parapets (~281 ln ft) and a premium siding upgrade (~432 sq ft). Technical Roofline Repair: Executed the complete demolition of the failing aluminum parapet caps along the roofline. Prior to capping, our team meticulously inspected the sheathing and patched all existing holes in the underlying roofing membrane to ensure a watertight seal. Custom Aluminum Parapets: Supplied and installed ~281 linear feet of custom-fabricated aluminum parapet caps to lock down the roof's perimeter and protect the building's structural integrity.Mixed-Material Demolition: Carefully removed the outdated mix of vinyl and aluminum siding on the main walls to prepare for a unified, modern aesthetic. Designer Siding Upgrade: Upgraded the exterior walls utilizing premium Royal Estate Double 4-1/2" Designer Vinyl Siding. To achieve a warm, sophisticated look, the siding was sourced in the classic "Sand" finish. Advanced Weatherization: Fully protected the newly exposed wall sheathing by applying Tyvek building paper and installing critical head and sill flashings around the windows.
