Premium multi-textured exterior renovation in Ogden. We completely removed the failing vinyl siding and executed a highly customized, multi-material upgrade, blending classic lap siding with custom-painted fiber cement shingles and natural wood accents. Primary Siding: Installed James Hardie Cedarmill Lap Siding with a traditional 7-inch reveal in the timeless "Boothbay Blue" color. Custom Gable Accents: To achieve the look of natural wood without the maintenance, we installed Hardie Straight Edge Shingles in the front gables , custom-painted in a rich "Summer Wheat" finish. Architectural Detailing: Separated the gables from the main body with a prominent 12-inch James Hardie "Belly Band" finished in crisp Arctic White to match the window trims and corners. Natural Wood Features: Enhanced the entryway by supplying and installing a beautiful, pre-stained natural cedar railing. Roofline & Envelope: Completed the transformation with new White Aluminum Soffit and Fascia, ensuring the entire structural envelope was first protected with Tyvek building paper and custom flashings.
