Ventilation & Soffit: Supplied and installed approximately 194 square feet of premium aluminum soffit, utilizing a strategic mix of solid and center-lanced (vented) U-Groove panels to ensure optimal attic airflow. Unified Color Palette: Executed a seamless, modern aesthetic by utilizing a rich "Musket Brown" finish uniformly across all soffit panels, ribbed fascia trims, and J-channels. Crisp Fascia Framing: Wrapped approximately 181 linear feet of the existing fascia board with durable, ribbed aluminum, creating a striking architectural boundary that protects the wood beneath from weather damage. Structural Diligence: Conducted a thorough inspection of the existing wood fascia to ensure it could properly grip the new fasteners, with contingencies prepared for custom hanger framing if additional support was required.
