Targeted roofline modernization in Ogden. For this project, we focused exclusively on upgrading the home's upper perimeter by installing a high-contrast, premium aluminum soffit and fascia system. Ventilation & Soffit: Supplied and installed 60 linear feet of aluminum solid and perforated soffits to ensure proper attic ventilation and long-term durability. Rich Color Contrast: Utilized the deep, earthy "Musket Brown" finish for the Endurance Triple 4" Center Lanced Soffit panels and corresponding J-channels. Crisp Fascia Framing: Wrapped 92 linear feet of the existing fascia board using bright "White" Envoy Ribbed Aluminum Fascia Trim. This created a striking and clean architectural boundary between the roof and the dark soffits below.
