Premium Board & Batten Design: Upgraded the primary walls utilizing James Hardie Cedarmill panels engineered for a classic Board & Batten layout featuring a 16-inch batten spacing. Warm Custom Palette: Sourced the primary fiber cement panels in the elegant, earthy "Monterey Taupe" ColorPlus finish, perfectly matched with OSI Quad Caulk (#335) for seamless weatherization. Stunning Front Entry Wraps: Radically transformed the front entryway by custom-wrapping two structural columns, two beams, and the main archway in matching James Hardie ColorPlus, completely overhauling the home's curb appeal. Garage Frame Detailing: Continued the custom carpentry across the facade by executing flawless Hardie wraps around both the 1-car and 2-car garage door frames.
