Ogden | Stucco Demo & Custom B&B Archway | Monterey Taupe
Highly customized exterior modernization and stucco conversion in Ogden. For this specialized project (~780 sq ft), we focused on replacing the failing stucco with a highly durable, custom-tailored fiber cement envelope while preserving the home's original brick accents. Targeted Stucco Demolition: Carefully executed a tear-off of the existing stucco across the front and side elevations, allowing our team to conduct a thorough sheathing inspection and apply fresh Tyvek building paper. Premium Board & Batten Design: Upgraded the primary walls utilizing James Hardie Cedarmill panels engineered for a classic Board & Batten layout featuring a 16-inch batten spacing. Warm Custom Palette: Sourced the primary fiber cement panels in the elegant, earthy "Monterey Taupe" ColorPlus finish, perfectly matched with OSI Quad Caulk (#335) for seamless weatherization. Stunning Front Entry Wraps: Radically transformed the front entryway by custom-wrapping two structural columns, two beams, and the main archway in matching James Hardie ColorPlus, completely overhauling the home's curb appeal. Garage Frame Detailing: Continued the custom carpentry across the facade by executing flawless Hardie wraps around both the 1-car and 2-car garage door frames.
