Complete Vinyl Demolition & Prep: Carefully removed the failing vinyl siding across all elevations, allowing our team to conduct a thorough sheathing inspection and apply 2 full rolls of DuPont Tyvek Homewrap for a perfectly sealed foundation. Premium Primary Siding: Upgraded the primary elevations utilizing robust Carvedwood-44 Double 4-1/2" Dutchlap Woodgrain Vinyl Siding, providing superior resistance to the elements. High-Contrast Palette: Finished the main body in the rich, deep "Bayou" colorway. We framed the entire design using crisp "White" functional trims, including 5/8" J-channels, finish trims, and universal outside corner posts. Targeted Gutter Update: Improved the property's drainage capabilities by fabricating and installing a targeted 10 linear feet of new 5" seamless gutters alongside a robust 3"x3" downspout. Flawless Foundation: Secured the new siding system using 2" galvanized roofing nails and galvanized steel starter strips to ensure a perfectly level, lifelong application.
