For this project, we focused entirely on upgrading the home's upper perimeter to deliver a seamless, ultra-modern aesthetic utilizing highly durable aluminum components.* Premium Soffit System: Supplied and installed ~409 square feet of Endurance Triple 4" Aluminum Soffits. We utilized a strategic mix of solid and center-lanced U-Groove panels to ensure optimal attic ventilation while maintaining a clean look. (Note: Soffit below the large deck was excluded per homeowner request). Custom Fascia Framing: Wrapped ~345 linear feet of the existing roof edge. To ensure a flawless architectural fit across varying roof depths, we utilized custom-ordered fascia profiles ranging from 4-1/4" up to a massive 12" face. Unified Modern Palette: Executed a striking, contemporary design by sourcing all soffit panels, J-channels, and custom fascia trims in a sophisticated "Charcoal Gray" finish. New Gutter System: Modernized the home's water diversion by installing 80 linear feet of brand-new 5" seamless eaves troughs alongside 4 new 2"x3" downpipes.
