We executed a precise 1/4" reveal at the joints and ran the material parallel to the face of the house for a modern, elongated aesthetic. Custom Finish & Hardware: The cedar was beautifully finished using Messmers Mission Oak semi-transparent stain. To guarantee long-term integrity and prevent rust bleeding, the wood was secured exclusively using 316 stainless steel 15-gauge finish nails. Custom Metal Fabrication: The homeowner provided premium .040" medium bronze anodized aluminum sheets, which our team custom-bent and fabricated to wrap ~325 linear feet of fascia.Flawless Architectural Tolerances: Executed strict installation protocols for the metalwork: cutting exclusively with aluminum-finish saw blades, utilizing butt joints with bronze metal backing splices and a 1/8" expansion gap (no lapping), and shop-forming seamless, one-piece outside corners.Specialty Detailing: Fabricated and installed custom bent aluminum wrap to perfectly seal 8 architectural "bird box" end caps.
