High-end architectural detailing and custom metal fabrication in Park City. Premium Cedar Soffits: Supplied and installed ~462 square feet of 5/8" Cedar Shiplap joinery soffits. We executed a precise 1/4" reveal at the joints and ran the material parallel to the face of the house for a modern, elongated aesthetic. Custom Finish & Hardware: The cedar was beautifully finished using Messmers Mission Oak semi-transparent stain. To guarantee long-term integrity and prevent rust bleeding, the wood was secured exclusively using 316 stainless steel 15-gauge finish nails. Custom Metal Fabrication: The homeowner provided premium .040" medium bronze anodized aluminum sheets, which our team custom-bent and fabricated to wrap ~325 linear feet of fascia.Flawless Architectural Tolerances: Executed strict installation protocols for the metalwork: cutting exclusively with aluminum-finish saw blades, utilizing butt joints with bronze metal backing splices and a 1/8" expansion gap (no lapping), and shop-forming seamless, one-piece outside corners.Specialty Detailing: Fabricated and installed custom bent aluminum wrap to perfectly seal 8 architectural "bird box" end caps. Careful Integration: Handled the careful removal and re-installation of the existing front rain gutters and roof heat tape to ensure the new fascia system integrated perfectly with the home's existing winterization.
