Riverton | Hardie Shingle & B&B Accent | Navajo Beige
Highly textured exterior modernization and structural chimney repair in Riverton. For this targeted project (~304 sq ft), we executed a precise demolition of the failing stone and fiber cement siding to upgrade the home's protective envelope with premium, multi-profile James Hardie products. Chimney Structural Rebuild: Following the demolition, we completely rebuilt the underlying foundation of the chimney walls by supplying and installing ~207 sq ft of brand-new sheathing. Multi-Textured Hardie Design: Created a dynamic and classic architectural aesthetic by mixing profiles. We installed James Hardie Straight Edge Shingles across the majority of the project (~207 sq ft) and accented the remaining elevations (~97 sq ft) with a custom Board & Batten layout featuring a 16-inch batten spacing. Warm Unified Palette: Executed a flawless, monochromatic finish by sourcing all fiber cement shingles, Cedarmill panels, and rustic batten strips in the elegant "Navajo Beige" ColorPlus tone. Advanced Weatherization: Fully protected the newly sheathed chimney and surrounding areas by wrapping the structure in Tyvek HomeWrap and sealing critical moisture points with premium Grace VYCOR Plus self-adhered flashing prior to siding installation.
