Salt Lake City Area | Stucco to Hardie Conversion | Mixed Profiles & Arctic White
Extensive stucco-to-Hardie exterior transformation for Brandon Morris. We executed a complete demolition of the existing stucco to modernize the property with a premium, mixed-texture fiber cement system and robust weatherization. Primary Siding: Installed approximately 1,099 square feet of James Hardie Plank Lap Siding featuring a classic 7-inch reveal across the main elevations. Architectural Accents: Complemented the main body with ~248 square feet of custom Board and Batten siding. We utilized "Arctic White" 4x10 panels and rustic batten strips to create a clean, bright architectural focal point. Custom Carpentry: Enhanced the home's curb appeal by executing a custom James Hardie Colorplus wrap around the prominent garage door frame. Precision Integration: Supplied and installed specialized Raindog mounting blocks to seamlessly and safely integrate all exterior fixtures, plug plates, and hose bibs into the new siding. Structural Weatherization: Fully protected the underlying sheathing following the stucco removal by wrapping the home in DuPont Tyvek HomeWrap and securing seams with Tyvek Tape.
