Highly targeted architectural update and complete roofline modernization in Salt Lake City. For this exterior project, we focused on completely rebuilding the home's two gables while executing a massive aesthetic upgrade to the entire upper perimeter. Structural Gable Rebuild: Executed a full demolition of the existing vinyl and failing sheathing on the two gables (~89 sq ft). We supplied and installed fresh sheathing and Tyvek building paper to guarantee a rock-solid, moisture-free foundation. Premium Board & Batten Accent: Upgraded the gables utilizing Mastic Designer Series Board & Batten Vinyl Siding (5-1/2" board with 1-1/2" batten profile) to deliver a modern, vertical architectural aesthetic. Massive Roofline Modernization: Supplied and installed ~295 sq ft of solid Endurance aluminum soffits and cleanly wrapped ~187 linear feet of structural fascia boards using ribbed Envoy aluminum trim. Crisp Unified Palette: Finished the entire upper envelope seamlessly by sourcing the primary Board & Batten siding, J-channels, aluminum soffits, fascia trims, and two brand-new 14"x20" rectangular vents entirely in a bright, clean "White". Water Management Update: Radically improved the property's drainage capabilities by fabricating and installing 97 linear feet of new 5" seamless gutters alongside three robust 2"x3" downspouts.
