Stunning architectural accent and vinyl-to-Hardie upgrade in South Jordan. We strategically removed the existing vinyl siding from targeted elevations to create a flawless, high-end focal point utilizing premium fiber cement. Primary Siding: Installed a custom James Hardie Board and Batten system covering approximately 286 square feet, featuring a precise 16-inch batten spacing for a classic vertical profile. Monochromatic Palette: Executed a brilliant, unified aesthetic by featuring the highly popular "Arctic White" finish across all panels, batten strips, and corner trims. Architectural Detailing: Elevated the facade's design by integrating a prominent James Hardie "Belly Band" to visually separate the architectural planes. We also extended the premium finish by custom-wrapping the 2-car garage door frame. Weatherization: Ensured the new aesthetic is backed by uncompromising moisture protection, utilizing DuPont Tyvek HomeWrap and Tyvek Tape prior to the siding installation.
