Strategic Material Mix: Installed over 1,000 square feet of highly durable Mastic Carvedwood-44 Double 4.5" Dutchlap Vinyl Siding for the primary elevations. We elevated the home's focal points by incorporating premium James Hardie Board & Batten and Lap siding. Flawless Color Matching: To create a seamless design, we sourced the vinyl siding in a bright "Colonial Yellow" finish. We then had the James Hardie fiber cement panels and battens custom pre-painted by Enhanced to perfectly match the vinyl's exact yellow hue. Crisp White Contrasts: Beautifully framed the vibrant yellow facade by installing universal outside cornerposts, custom J-channels, and finish trims in a striking, clean White. Roofline Modernization: Completely refreshed the home's upper perimeter by installing brand-new white aluminum perforated/solid soffits and custom aluminum fascia. Structural Weatherization: Ensured the new envelope was fully protected against the elements by conducting a sheathing inspection and wrapping the home in DuPont Tyvek HomeWrap prior to siding installation.
