West Haven | Full Property Hardie Upgrade | Aged Pewter & Arctic White
Massive whole-property exterior modernization and material upgrade in West Haven. For this extensive project, we executed a complete tear-off of the aging vinyl siding across both the primary residence (~1,266 sq ft) and the backyard shed (~396 sq ft) to build a unified, highly durable fiber cement envelope. Complete Property Demolition: Carefully removed the failing vinyl siding across all structures, allowing our team to conduct thorough sheathing inspections and apply fresh Tyvek building paper for a perfectly sealed foundation. Multi-Textured Primary Siding: Upgraded the main home utilizing robust James Hardie Cedarmill Lap Siding (7" reveal) and accented key architectural elevations with custom Board & Batten styling. Elegant Color Palette: Finished the primary lap siding in the sophisticated "Aged Pewter" ColorPlus tone. We framed the entire design using crisp "Arctic White" rustic Hardie trim boards across various profiles (5/4x4, 5/4x6, and 5/4x8). Custom Hardie Detailing: Elevated the architectural finish by executing custom James Hardie ColorPlus wraps around the two front garage door frames and the backyard shed door frame. Complete Roofline Update: Modernized the upper perimeter of the home by supplying and installing ~362 sq ft of aluminum soffits and cleanly wrapping ~279 linear feet of existing fascia boards.
