West Valley City | Aluminum to Hardie Conversion | Timber Bark & Arctic White
Complete exterior modernization and highly detailed architectural upgrade in West Valley City. We executed a full tear-off of the home's outdated aluminum siding to install a robust, weather-resistant fiber cement system featuring extensive custom trim work. Dynamic Primary Siding: Installed approximately 1,637 square feet of premium James Hardie siding. We utilized classic Cedarmill Lap Siding (7-inch reveal) across the main body and accented the gables with ~193 square feet of Board & Batten (16-inch batten spacing). Warm & Earthy Palette: Finished all primary siding panels, lap boards, and batten strips in the rich "Timber Bark" ColorPlus tone. High-Contrast Custom Trim: Framed the entire home in crisp "Arctic White". This included window/door surrounds, corner posts, robust 6-inch base trims, and striking 6-inch Belly Bands to elegantly separate the siding transitions. Precision Wraps & Roofline: Replaced damaged roofline sections by installing new white aluminum soffits, fascia, and gutters. We also executed flawless James Hardie wraps around the 2-car garage and front door frames. Premium Weatherization: Ensured superior structural protection following the demolition by wrapping the home in DuPont Tyvek HomeWrap and utilizing advanced Grace VYCOR Plus self-adhered flashing around critical openings.
