We completed an exterior siding renovation on this two-story colonial-style home in Sewickley. Our team replaced the upper-level exterior with new horizontal vinyl siding to complement the existing red brick facade. We also addressed areas of missing siding and exposed sheathing on the gable ends to ensure the structure was fully protected from the elements. We installed DuPont Tyvek Homewrap as a moisture barrier before mounting the new vinyl siding and matching white corner trim. The project involved updating the window casings and integrating new gutters and downspouts for a cohesive look. This installation improved the home's overall weather resistance and significantly refreshed its exterior aesthetic.
