Impact Choice Encapsulation with Mold Removal.

This job included removal of all insulation, Treating the Crawlspace with a full Mold removal service. The Impact choice includes installing a 14Mil (Reinforced) moisture barrier, wrapping all pillars, Insulating the foundation walls with R10 Tri-plex insulation with a 4 inch inspection gap. The perimeter band is insulated with r19 insulation to provide the most effective insulation method for the full perimeter foundation walls. A Crawlspace dehumidifier is installed and connected to a Crawlspace sumo pump. This customer is now enjoying the benefits of a clean and healthy Crawlspace for years to come.
