Structural Repairs and Premium Encapsulation

This project included a combination of Structural repairs and Crawlspace Encapsulation. We removed and replaced the Sub-flooring in the customers bathroom and sistered the floor joists for additional support. The crawlspace project included a full Mold removal service, Encaosulating the crawlspace using 20Mil moisture barrier and Bora-Foam insulation on the foundation walls. We opened up a second access door on the side of the home to make the crawlspace more accessible, installed 2 new access doors, Aprilaire E-70 Dehumidifier, and Sump Pump.
