Structural Repairs inludiing sub-floor removal, new floor joists installed, girder replacmeent and dropped girder installed.

This job included removal of all the sub-flooring in the living room, hallway, bathroom and closet. We had to install new floor joists for years of damage and performed a full Mold cleaning Service. This job also included replacing a main section of bad girder and installing a new dropped girder for additional support. We instaled a Full Hydraway French Drain system, Installed a Sump Pump and our Impact Choice Encapsulation to give the customer long term protection from Mold and moisture issues.
