From 3tab to Class 3 impact resistant shingles!!

Replaced the outdated 3-tab roofing system with Class 3 impact resistant shingles. These shingles can save you an average of 15% on your yearly insurance premiums. Also, we added turbines for ventilation since the previous system had no ventilation leading to have faster deterioration due to blistering. We installed SBS bitumen base & cap sheet on the lower pitch area since shingles are not supposed to be installed on anything below a 2/12 pitch.
