Replaced half roof.

This house had multiple leaks due to additions that were not done property. Also, it had hail & wind damage. The homeowner had a Choctaw Voucher that could not cover the entire roof. However, the Choctaws allow partial replacements in order to achieve successful repairs. Hopefully, next fiscal year, the homeowner can get a second voucher, and we can finish the other half.
