We recently completed a comprehensive flat roof recoat for this property in Castle Valley. The project involved applying a primer over the old roof coating, followed by a full-fabric reinforced base coat, and finally, a new white reflective coating across the entire rooftop surface, ensuring a durable and weather-resistant finish. We also addressed existing roof penetrations and drainage systems to optimize performance. The new white coating provides enhanced reflectivity, helping to reduce heat absorption and improve energy efficiency. The installation incorporated a full fabric reinforcement, ensuring a tough roof surface that will last for many years. We also ensured proper sealing around parapet walls, vents, and skylights.
