Commercial Standing Seam Metal Replacement in Fort Myers, FL
This Barkley Circle Plaza in Fort Myers sustained extensive damage during Hurricane Ian, with the existing 5V metal panels completely peeled away during the storm. We were brought in immediately to help stabilize the property and mitigate further damage while insurance proceedings were underway. Our first priority was protecting the buildings, so we fully tarped all four structures to prevent additional water intrusion. Once the site was secured, we removed damaged materials, replaced sections of rotten wood, and redecked multiple areas to restore a solid structural foundation. From there, we installed a Polyglass MTS high-temperature underlayment system designed for metal roofing applications, ensuring long-term protection and performance in Florida’s demanding climate. The project was then completed with a 24-gauge Kynar 500 standing seam clip system in the color Dove Gray, delivering a clean, modern finish across the entire plaza. To finalize the restoration, we installed new gutters throughout the property, tying everything together with a sharp, durable system built to withstand years of weather ahead.
