Installed new architectural shingle roofing system on this Cape Coral home using high-performance Owens Corning shingles. The project included full tear-off, inspection of the roof deck, installation of synthetic underlayment, proper flashing details, and code-compliant ventilation to ensure long-term performance in Florida’s climate. We also installed seamless 6" aluminum gutters around the entire perimeter to improve water management and protect the foundation and landscaping.
