For the roofing system, we installed a Slate Gray Sentriclad standing seam metal roof using .032 aluminum panels with a 1.5” seam nail strip profile. Given the home’s exposure to coastal weather and waterfront conditions, the aluminum system was the ideal choice for corrosion resistance, durability, and long-term reliability.
