This studio space had seen better days. Previously used as a barbershop, the walls and baseboards showed heavy wear from years of sweeping, mopping, and constant cleaning. When the tenant moved out, they attempted to patch the damage themselves, but the repairs left flat, uneven spots across the orange‑peel texture and dozens of visible holes throughout the space. J&M Painting stepped in to bring the studio back to life. We properly prepped every surface, corrected the failed repairs, restored the texture, and ensured a clean, consistent foundation for a meticulous finish. The transformation was completed using Sherwin-Williams Aesthetic White on the walls and Kwal Carbon on the trim — a crisp, modern contrast that elevates the entire space. Now refreshed, cohesive, and professionally finished, this studio is ready for its next tenant and whatever new purpose it will serve.
