This exterior project required extensive prep due to heavy peeling and many years of weather exposure on the original cinder‑block substrate. We began with a thorough pressure wash and allowed proper dry times to ensure a solid foundation. An appropriate masonry‑safe primer was applied to lock down the surface and promote adhesion. The building was then finished with Duration Exterior, using Origami White (50% darker) as the main color and Urbane Bronze for the trim. The updated palette blends beautifully with the surrounding landscape and enhances the natural, country feel of the property
