This project was a commercial roof replacement with a full exterior metal finish. We installed a 24 ga standing seam metal roof using 16” panels in Dark Graphite for long-term durability and a clean, professional look. To complete the envelope, we added Vicwest cladding and finished the edges with new soffit, fascia, and eavestrough so water sheds properly and the building looks sharp from every angle.
