New Home Construction using 16" Standing Seam Panels

This new home construction project included a full exterior metal package built for long-term performance and a clean, modern look. We installed a black 24 ga standing seam roof using 16” panels, paired with Vicwest Bellara Steel Siding (Plank Series) to create sharp lines and a consistent finish across the roof and walls. We completed the exterior with soffit, fascia, and eavestrough, plus custom coping and flashing to ensure every transition was watertight and built to last.
