New Home Construction using 16" Standing Seam Panels

This new home construction project included a full roofing and exterior trim package built for a clean finish and long-term performance. We installed a 24 ga standing seam metal roof using 16” panels in Jet Black Textured to match the modern design and deliver a low-maintenance roof system. We also completed the flat roof areas with a two-ply modified bitumen system to ensure a durable, watertight assembly. To finish the exterior properly, we installed the full soffit, fascia, and eavestrough package so every edge, transition, and drainage point was sealed and built to last.
