New Home Construction using 16" Standing Seam Panels

March 2021

This new home construction project included a complete roofing package with both sloped and flat roof systems. We installed a 24 ga standing seam metal roof using 16” panels in Iron Ore for clean lines, strong weather protection, and low maintenance. Flat roof areas were completed with a two-ply modified bitumen system for a durable, watertight assembly. To control snow release and protect key areas below, we added an S5 snow guard system.
