This new home construction project included a full exterior envelope package, from roofing to siding and water management. We installed a 24 ga standing seam metal roof using 16” panels in Jet Black Textured, then integrated ACM panels and metal siding details to match the home’s modern design. We also completed the flat roof areas with Soprema modified bitumen and included insulation where required for proper drainage and performance. To finish the exterior clean, we installed the full soffit, fascia, and eavestrough package. For safety and controlled snow release, we added an S5 snow guard system to protect key areas below.
