New Home Construction using 16" Standing Seam Panels

This passive house new construction project required tight detailing and clean execution to match the performance goals of the build. We installed a 24 ga standing seam metal roof using 16” panels in Matte Black, with custom coping and flashing to keep every transition tight and watertight. We also completed siding installation using metal cladding to create a consistent exterior finish. To control snow release and protect key areas below, we added an S5 snow guard system.
