This new home construction project included a complete roofing package with both sloped and flat roof systems, plus finished exterior edges. We installed a 24 ga standing seam metal roof using 16” panels in Iron Ore, detailed with custom coping and flashing to keep every transition tight and watertight. Flat roof sections were completed with Soprema modified bitumen for a durable, watertight assembly. We also installed the full soffit, fascia, and eavestrough package, and integrated metal cladding for a consistent exterior finish. To control snow release and protect key areas below, we added an S5 snow guard system.
