This project involved a full new roof installation after removing an existing cedar shake roof. We completed a complete tear-off, including cedar shake removal, then installed a 24 ga standing seam metal roof using 16” panels in Textured Graphite for a clean, long-lasting finish. We also installed new soffit, fascia, and eavestrough to sharpen the edges, support proper ventilation, and improve drainage. To control snow release and protect key areas below, we added an S5 snow guard system.
