This project combined sloped and flat roofing into one complete new roof installation for a new build. We installed a 24 ga standing seam metal roof using 16” panels in Matte Black for clean lines and long-term durability. Flat roof areas were completed with Soprema modified bitumen for a tough, watertight system. We also installed Velux skylights with proper flashing, finished the exterior with new soffit, fascia, and eavestrough, and added an S5 snow guard system to control snow release and protect key areas below.
