Removed the existing cedar shake roof Installed a matte brown mechanical-locking standing seam metal roof Replaced all 16 skylights with energy-efficient upgrades Completed work ahead of golf season with no disruption to club operations Challenges We Solved: Coordinated around weather and golf season deadlines Delivered precise onsite roll forming for a perfect fit Managed tight logistics and safety while working on a large, sloped roof system Result: The operations building now features a clean, modern look with a permanent roofing solution that matches the quality and style of the Pheasant Run brand.
